LGAC rents its facility to members as well as the the general public. Below you will find the rental rates. On Sundays, the facility charges weekday rates. Half day rental is from either 7 a.m.-3 p.m. or 3 p.m.-midnight. For lights, sound, and other options, see Special rentals. Special Rentals
Event rental fees do not include security fees, cleaning deposit, or license to serve alcohol. Reserve deposit is 50% of total and is non-refundable.

Special Rentals
Light System, Sound System, LGAC Sponsored Event
Light System - $25
A light fee of $25 is applied to offset the cost of bulb replacement. The light system also requires a qualified operator whose rate is independantly negotiable.
Sound System
The sound system and operator are available for additional fees. Cost varies according to complexity.
Availability, time concerns, and operational fees will be determined on a per event basis by equipment owner.
Late Rehearsal - $7/hour
Late Rehearsals occur after 9 pm, and are available by appointment. Members can schedule late rehearsals but non-members must be sponsored and supervised by a member at all times.
LGAC Sponsored Event
An LGAC Sponsored Event is one in which the LGAC absorbs all production costs and responsibilities associated with an event. In exchange, LGAC collects revenues generated by aforementioned event. LGAC sponsored events must have a current member as Lead Sponsor. In cases involving potential conflicts from Standard or Member rentals, the Lead Sponsor (or sponsors organization) may be asked to provide a percentage of the production cost in exchange for an equal percentage of the overall revenue.
